The new GWM Tank 300 Hi4-T PHEV has arrived, now available in both Lux and Ultra grades, bringing serious electrified muscle to the Tank line-up. This fearless evolution combines proven off-road capability with advanced PHEV technology. Its a new energy powertrain.
Powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine paired with a 120kW electric motor, the Tank 300 Hi4-T PHEV delivers an output of 300kW and 750Nm. Power is transmitted through an advanced 9-speed Hybrid Automatic.
A large 37.1kWh ternary lithium battery enables up to over 115km of pure electric driving range (NEDC) reducing the need for frequent refuelling and offering greater freedom for long distance travel. Charging flexibility is built in, with a CCS2 connector capable of up to 50kW DC fast charging (30-80% in as little as 24 minutes), or AC charging at home in approximately 6.5 hours. Vehicle-to-Load (VL) functionality allows the SUV to discharge up to max 6kW, ideal for powering equipment or supporting off-grid caravan adventures.
